January Tuesdays 12 to 1pm Nine Phases of Qi, new intake 7th January All Saints Church Hall, Drymen Rd. Bearsden This sequence of 9 phases focuses on the three dantiens and the different qualities of them. The movements will work with most of the main meridians and will stimulate and balance the flow of Qi. This ongoing class is open to people of all ages and abilities. Teacher: Susanne Thursdays 1 to 2pm Qigong Bashi set 1, new intake 9th January Partick Burgh hall, Burgh Hall St, Partick G11 5LW. A shorter sequence of eight moves, that aims to develop soft and smoothly flowing movement, allowing tension and resistance in the body to dissolve away. Teacher: Susanne Thursdays 7:15 to 8:15pm Taiji Stick Health Preservation Exercises Zoom class, starting Thursday 9th January This set of Qigong stimulates all of the major meridians, so improving the health and balance of your energy system. Ask for a Zoom link - Teacher: Susanne Thursdays 8:30 to 9:00pm, starting Thursday 9th January Meditation. Learn four different meditations. Letting go into the evening's natural slower Bio rhythm.
